We offer flats fishing from “The Host”….the mother of all mother boats…as you can see from the photos "The Host" is a spacious and comfortable ‘moving lodge’ that transports up to 8 anglers to waters that no lodge can reach. Every morning you will wake up to new flats just outside your window…no long rides to reach the fishing grounds, just step into your guide’s boat and you are in business.
For years "Three Amigos" has been exploring unpressured flats that are not ‘pounded to death’ day after day. We fish for Permit, Bones, Tarpon as well as other seasonal species, many of which rarely get cast to. Our explorations have revealed wondrous flats from Glover’s reef in Southern Belize, down through the Bay Islands, and Cayes of Honduras. Many of these hidden flats were discovered by the former Bob Stevenson and Jean Louis Trombetta, two of the Three Amigos. Bob was a veteran flats fisherman, respected across the industry as a master angler, instructor and friend. Bob knew these waters well as he had been fishing this part of the Caribbean for over a decade. His legacy of fishing unpressured waters remains as we continue to further explore new fishing grounds, through our own research, our current trips, as well as the research efforts of our expert guides. Recently we have taken the Host to Belize City, picked up our guests fished Hicks Key, Long Key, Turneffe as well as other secret spots and dropped off our party back in Belize City. The same can be done out our Placencia, Punta Gorda and other access points. This mobility allows us to fish year round…we have no seasons!

If you’re a novice or a beginner and are looking for a private, custom designed atmosphere to learn this exciting sport, ¨Three Amigos¨ has you covered. We’re serious about our teaching, but we’re also pretty damn serious about having fun.
If you’re trying to get together a crew of your friends, "Three Amigos" can offer you the privacy and the exclusivity that only a world class Mother boat can provide.
At first light you can be on the flats within minutes at one of the most productive times of the day. After fishing in the Caribbean sun around you have the option of returning to the Host for an air conditioned lunch and a break. If you chose to continue fishing we can pack a bag lunch and plenty of cold drinks. We can fish until late in the afternoon since we do not have to ride too far to return to the Host. We offer the longest days of fishing by our unique ¨moving lodge¨ approach to fly fishing.
Back on board your host and Chef will be waiting for you with sunset cocktails and delicious snacks. This is also a time to share fishing stories with other guests and guides, and get briefed for the next day´s adventures.

Our prices are all inclusive because we want your trip to be all about the fishing. We want you to fish in comfort and style while enjoying fine food and beverages in our spacious accommodations. A must aboard the Host is to catch a Caribbean sunset from the top deck, and on a clear night, be able to enjoy the myriad of stars due to limited or no light pollution.
We specialize in boutique accommodations in remote fishing areas, hence we can only cater to small groups of up to eight guests.
We’re not about trying to pack our guests like sardines. We’re all about ...the fishing.
